My Story
I started my personal transformation/coaching journey around 2012 after a devastating year of losing my father to cancer, losing a baby & marrying a man who was an unhealthy partner as a means to try to "fix" my life. I was broken, drinking a lot, in despair, raising a child alone because my husband would not contribute in any way and hiding my deep desire to end my life from my child & friends. I was completely shut down! I was alone, had no confidence or worth, was depressed & felt like I lost sight of what my purpose was and also the direction my life was going...and all on n top of probably the most abusive, worst childhood in the history of bad childhoods! WHY ME?!
A friend invited me to a transformational in person training for a weekend and it changed my life! Along with those trainings, I was supported by a personal development coach and a team. I learned that I had some pretty strong self limiting beliefs that got me to where I was. I got to be held accountable (which at times was tough to see how i CHOSE a lot of my pain) and eventually over time working with a coach on my goals and self-limiting beliefs, my life shifted significantly. I got better jobs because I reestablished my value and worth, my relationships with my family improved and also my marriage. I started performing on stage again. I began coaching others after 6 months of my own transformations and breakthroughs in 2012. I realized I have talents and gifts, so I started a small business reading tarot on Youtube which turned into a second channel. This eventually lead me to finally getting serious and choosing this path after 9 years of working in programs coaching others. I got determined to see if this was truly my purpose and found that it is. I decided to become a certified life coach.
I turned my life around and made peace with the person who doubted she could ever be anything other than what "life" had handed her and a pile of terrible thoughts about herself. This is my passion. Helping others to do the same. I know what it's like to feel like "It's never going to change" and I know change can be hard, but I am here to remind you that you can break free from your comfort zone and achieve the dreams that are in you and I'm here to support you through it all, because I have been there!
I am living the life I dreamed of, I am now the person I always knew I could be and I wouldn't change a thing about this journey. I am confident, joyful & inspired to help transform the lives of others.

As a spiritual life coach & a person who was sabotaging my whole life, I understand it and my specialty is lighting fires up the...well you get it! As a coach, I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them achieve balance and wellness in all areas and break through glass ceilings! In my work, it's important to recognize that everyone's definition of balance and wellness may be different, so it's crucial for me to take an approach that considers each person's unique needs and desires. I also see it’s important to provide guidance and support that is both practical and grounded in spirituality or mindfulness practices, depending on my client's preferences. If it's not your "bag" we don't do it!
I believe it's essential to establish a strong relationship built on trust and mutual respect. This involves active listening, empathizing, and asking questions that help my clients gain clarity and insight into their goals and challenges. By doing so, I can help you identify the mindset and behavior patterns that are holding you back and provide strategies and tools to help them move forward. I lived it too, so i understand it!
My specialties in coaching are mindset reframing, NLP, transformation, accountability and Dharma path/purpose. I am also a Reiki master, certified Yoga instructor and have also worked with a shamanic teacher. I support you in living the life you always wanted no matter what it takes or how that looks.
I am also a coach to other coaches providing support for your goals as well as support for your coaching business & support with client coaching.
